Job Responsibilities
As a Storeperson – Casual at T&G Global, your main responsibilities will include:
- Picking and processing customer orders accurately.
- Dispatching fresh produce efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Operating forklifts and handling goods safely (if certified).
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the warehouse.
- Managing stock rotation to ensure produce freshness.
- Assisting with loading and unloading trucks as required.
- Reporting any stock discrepancies or quality issues.
- Supporting team members to meet operational goals.
- Following T&G’s food safety and workplace safety guidelines.
- Performing general warehouse duties as directed by supervisors.
This position requires commitment, energy, and teamwork to ensure operations run smoothly and customers receive top-quality produce on time.
Requirement
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment (preferred).
- A valid forklift license and OSH certificate (preferred).
- A current NZ driver’s license (minimum restricted).
- Proven reliability and willingness to work flexible hours as required.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand (no visa sponsorship available).
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physical tasks safely.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and security check.
Skills

- Basic computer skills, preferably with SAP experience.
