Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and monitor production plans for tomato and cucumber crops.
- Oversee daily farm operations including irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting.
- Implement modern agricultural methods to improve crop yield and quality.
- Ensure proper and efficient use of resources such as water, fertilizers, and farm equipment.
- Conduct soil testing and recommend nutrient or structural improvements.
- Supervise field workers and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of production data, crop cycles, and performance results.
- Identify and resolve issues related to plant health, climate systems, and machinery.
- Work closely with suppliers and management to ensure smooth farm operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in vegetable production, especially tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Strong understanding of greenhouse farming, hydroponics, irrigation systems, and crop protection.
- Ability to analyze agricultural data and provide effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
