Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, mailing, and faxing.
  • Maintain updated records of inventory and ensure pantry and office supplies are replenished as needed.
  • Assist with the collection, distribution, and dispatch of payment vouchers, bills, couriers, and letters.
  • Support the maintenance and supply of office equipment when required.
  • Manage filing systems and help maintain proper document control for assigned divisions or departments.
  • Enter and update data in internal records and databases accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
  • Coordinate both incoming and outgoing courier services and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Address and resolve office-related queries from staff members.
  • Provide general operational support to maintain smooth day-to-day office activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
