Responsibilities
- Assist farm staff with day-to-day garden and farming tasks
- Perform manual labor duties that require lifting, bending, and long standing hours
- Help with harvesting plants, crops, or vegetables as assigned
- Create grow bags using landscape fabric for planting activities
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe
- Support planting, watering, and general plant care when needed
- Move tools, materials, and supplies to different work areas
- Follow instructions given by farm supervisors and senior staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety rules and guidelines
