GMG is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant Job in Dubai to support daily administrative and office operations at its Dubai head office. This role is ideal for candidates who have basic administrative experience and enjoy handling paperwork, coordinating office activities, and supporting teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The position plays an important role in maintaining workflow efficiency and office organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, filing, mailing, and faxing
  • Maintain and monitor pantry supplies and office essentials
  • Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Assist with the collection, distribution, and dispatch of payment vouchers, letters, couriers, and bills
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier services and track deliveries
  • Support the supply, maintenance, and coordination of office equipment
  • Assist with filing and document control to ensure easy access to records
  • Enter, update, and maintain internal data, files, and databases
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and sensitive information
  • Respond to office-related queries and provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic English language skills (written and spoken)
