Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Hand at XFRUIT LTD, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Repairing and maintaining orchard structures and farm infrastructure
- Mowing lawns, weeding, and mulching orchard areas
- Repairing farm buildings, fences, and related structures
- Cleaning and maintaining farm equipment and vehicles
- Operating and assisting with the maintenance of farm machinery
- Performing weed and pest control tasks as required
- Maintaining irrigation systems and spray infrastructure
- Ensuring farming areas are kept clean, organized, and safe
- Supporting general farm operations as assigned
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours
- Ability to work on a 5-day rotating roster
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test
- Hold a Class 1 New Zealand driving license
- Ability to pass a criminal history check
- Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor work
- No prior experience required, as training will be provided

Salary and Benefits
