Responsibilities
- Assist in packaging and sorting vegetables according to company standards
- Clean and maintain packaging materials, tools, and equipment
- Ensure accurate labeling and tagging for traceability and identification
- Inspect vegetables and remove damaged or spoiled items before packing
- Support loading and unloading of vegetables for storage or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements at all times
- Work closely with team members to maintain smooth workflow
- Report quality issues or shortages to the supervisor immediately
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Packing Helper
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime when required
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent (if available)
- Male candidates preferred
