This role plays a key part in delivering fast, accurate service and maintaining the brand’s high standards. Delivery Drivers support store operations, assist management when required, and help create a fun, energetic, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Create a fun, positive, and energetic work environment
- Prepare and execute world-class sandwiches, wraps, and related menu items
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and other forms of payment
- Deliver excellent customer service both in person and by phone
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, labeling, weighing, and bagging
- Deliver customer orders to offsite locations using a personal vehicle
- Clean and maintain the kitchen, restrooms, lobby, and parking areas
- Support the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Person in Charge with assigned tasks
Requirements
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to provide two forms of identification as required by federal I-9 regulations
- Personal vehicle available for deliveries
- Proof of personal vehicle insurance and authorized driver status
- Ability to walk, stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required
