Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes using Merry Maids’ professional cleaning products and methods
- Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Load and unload cleaning equipment and supplies at multiple homes per day
- Drive company vehicles between client homes when assigned
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients
- Work efficiently as part of a team or independently
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to drive to different job sites as needed
- Must have access to a personal vehicle if company vehicles are unavailable
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment, including climbing stairs
- Comfortable working around pet hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug screening
- No high school diploma or previous cleaning experience required
