Responsibilities
- Maintain established residential gardens across the Northern Beaches
- Focus on plant health, pruning, soil care, and long-term garden performance
- Carry out regular garden maintenance to a high standard
- Make on-site decisions to ensure quality outcomes once trained
- Manage your own garden runs independently
- Identify plant health issues and take appropriate action
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles responsibly
- Communicate clearly with the team regarding site conditions and progress
- Uphold professional standards and customer expectations
Requirements
- Experience in horticulture, gardening, nursery work, or landscaping
- Strong interest in plants and ongoing skill development
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site
- Reliable, organised, and quality-focused approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Formal horticultural qualifications are welcome but not essential
