Responsibilities
- Plant, thin, prune, and harvest crops
- Pack fruits according to quality standards
- Operate basic farm tools and equipment
- Clean and maintain fields and farming equipment
- Assist with irrigation tasks
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Perform other general farm duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and long hours during peak seasons
- No experience required (training provided)
- Farm or agricultural experience is an advantage
- Must be dependable and a team player
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
- Must be authorized to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder)
