Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
- Operate industrial dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning for large items
- Prepare and set up the dishwashing station before operations
- Sort, stack, and return clean equipment to storage or production areas
- Clean large kitchen equipment such as kettles and transport containers
- Manage waste by emptying trash and maintaining cleanliness
- Mop floors, clean surfaces, and maintain sanitation standards
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely according to safety guidelines
- Monitor dishwashing equipment and report issues
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks when required
Requirements
- At least a high school graduate
- Experience is an advantage but not required (training provided)
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and hardworking
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
