Key Responsibilities
As a Dishwasher (Kitchen Steward), your duties will include:
- Collecting used dishes, utensils, and kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Loading and unloading dishwashing machines efficiently.
- Storing cleaned dishes, glasses, and equipment in proper areas.
- Setting up workstations before meal preparation begins.
- Ensuring a constant supply of clean dishes during peak hours.
