Key Responsibilities
As a Steward/Dishwasher, your duties will include:
- Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing station.
- Sweeping, mopping, and removing trash to ensure cleanliness.
- Operating commercial dishwashing machines properly.
- Monitoring soap levels and water temperatures in dishwashers.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as washing and peeling vegetables.
- Restocking clean dishes and kitchen items as needed.
- Following food safety and health standards at all times.
Job Requirements
