Responsibilities
- Prepare food orders according to order slips and standard procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and stock area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Mop floors and clean work areas regularly
- Receive and check deliveries from suppliers
- Ensure stock quality, completeness, and proper storage (FIFO method)
- Assist cooks and senior kitchen staff with daily tasks
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary at all times
- Report shortages or issues to supervisors
Requirements
- Willing to work full-time in a kitchen environment
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and preparation tasks
- Able to follow instructions and standard procedures
