Responsibilities
- Plant, thin, prune, and harvest crops
- Pack fruits according to quality standards
- Operate basic farm tools and equipment
- Clean and maintain fields and farm equipment
- Assist with irrigation and watering systems
- Follow safety and hygiene standards
- Perform general farm duties as assigned
- Work efficiently during peak harvesting periods
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and long hours
- No experience required (training will be provided)
- Farm or agricultural experience is an advantage
- Must be reliable and a team player
- Flexible and willing to take on different tasks
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
