The position ensures that patients safely arrive at and depart from Sacred Circle Healthcare clinics, as well as coordinating third-party vendors such as Uber Health. Services are provided within a 15-mile radius of the Salt Lake City clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation schedules to ensure patients are safely transport to and from the clinic

- Monitor and coordinate third-party transportation services
- Provide transportation via SCHC vehicles within a 15-mile radius
