Job Summary – Role Overview

  • Manage preservation activities for facilities to ensure long-term integrity.
  • Coordinate external interfaces with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Lead Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) and Performance Tests (PTs).
  • Oversee completions management system (CMS) and dossier compilation for proper handover to operations teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 15 years of project experience, with at least 7 years in commissioning leadership on EPIC projects.
  • Proven experience in oil & gas tank storage facilities or similar complex projects.
  • Strong background in pre-commissioning and commissioning, including start-up support.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multi-discipline commissioning teams.
  • Experience in control systems integration and tank farm operations is desirable.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
