Job Summary – Part 1
The Product Deployment & Implementation Engineer role focuses on deploying, managing, and supporting VIDIZMO solutions across SaaS, customer-owned Azure/AWS cloud, and on-premise environments. You will serve as a key link between VIDIZMO’s technical teams and its enterprise clients, ensuring smooth deployment, troubleshooting, and implementation.
This role requires hands-on technical expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), networking, virtualization, and system administration. Engineers will design, automate, and maintain environments while ensuring security, scalability, and high performance of VIDIZMO products.
Job Summary – Part 2
The position also involves problem-solving and direct communication with enterprise customers, which requires excellent technical and interpersonal skills. You will manage deployment tickets, perform penetration testing, load testing, and maintain private cloud environments for development and testing purposes.
Beyond technical tasks, this role demands continuous learning and keeping up with VIDIZMO’s evolving product suite. You will work closely with the software testing and engineering teams while also educating customers on VIDIZMO features. Key Responsibilities of Product Deployment & Implementation Engineer at VIDIZMO
- Develop in-depth knowledge of VIDIZMO products and services.
- Install, deploy, and support VIDIZMO products across On-Premises, Azure, AWS, and SaaS models.
- Troubleshoot technical deployment and implementation issues via phone, tickets, and remote tools.
- Design and implement automated deployment, monitoring, backup, and recovery systems.
- Ensure SLAs are met by promptly responding to customer tickets.
- Conduct security audits and penetration testing on VIDIZMO software.
- Perform load testing and ensure system reliability.
- Create and maintain private clouds and locally hosted environments for testing.
- Support software testing and product development teams as needed.
- Escalate bugs and product issues to the engineering team.
- Educate customers on VIDIZMO product features and functions.
- Stay updated on new releases, features, and bug fixes.
- Design network and system diagrams using illustration tools.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (BSc, MSc, BS IT, MS IT).
- Microsoft or AWS certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Azure or AWS (IaaS & PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, databases, and cloud/web applications.
- Skills in virtualization, containers, Elastic Search, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Dapper, Consul, Zookeeper, Zipkin, WSL/2, gRPC protocols, and mDNS.
- Hands-on experience with OS installation, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, and browser connectivity.
