Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, and manage hydroponic systems for vegetable cultivation
- Oversee greenhouse operations including climate control, irrigation, fertigation, and crop management
- Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of greenhouse structures and related equipment
- Plan and manage vegetable farming activities from planting through harvesting
- Monitor crop health, nutrient levels, and implement pest and disease control measures
- Prepare cultivation schedules, production plans, and performance reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and farm workers to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with agricultural safety standards, quality requirements, and best practices
- Optimize resource usage to improve yield, quality, and cost efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of hydroponics systems and fertigation techniques
- Proven experience working with greenhouse installations and operations
- Solid understanding of vegetable crop production and management
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system, equipment, and crop-related issues
- Willingness to work full-time in the UAE
