Job Summary – Part One

The Agriculture Administrator position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of McLean Farms’ agricultural division. Reporting directly to the Agriculture General Manager and Organic Nutrients Manager, the administrator provides comprehensive support across multiple agricultural sites. This includes maintaining accurate data records, preparing compliance reports, and coordinating essential operations related to livestock, cropping, and compost production.

The role is highly dynamic and requires excellent organisational skills. Each day brings variety, from assisting in operational planning to liaising with suppliers and internal teams. The administrator acts as a central point of communication and coordination, ensuring that processes run efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.
