Responsibilities
- Design and develop agricultural systems, equipment, and structures to optimize crop production
- Analyze field data and evaluate the performance of agricultural machinery and technologies
- Collaborate with farm managers to design efficient irrigation systems and nutrient management plans
- Implement advanced farming techniques, including precision agriculture and sustainable practices
- Conduct research to identify new agricultural technologies suitable for farm adoption
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful installation and operation of equipment
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for agricultural machinery and systems
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural engineering or a related role
- Strong knowledge of agricultural systems, machinery, and crop production techniques
- Experience with precision agriculture technologies and irrigation systems
- Familiarity with CAD software and agricultural engineering tools
