Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, elevators, stairwells, windows, and hallways
- Clean amenity areas such as laundry rooms and social rooms
- Perform deep cleaning of vacant suites, including appliances, walls, kitchens, washrooms, windows, and balconies
- Carry out exterior cleaning duties such as underground garages, parking areas, service rooms, patios, foyers, and rooftops (varies by property)
- Pick up loose garbage and debris around the property
- Report safety hazards, curb appeal issues, or major deficiencies to the Resident Manager
- Work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends
Requirements
- 1–2 years of related cleaning or building maintenance experience
- Ability to lift, push, and move heavy objects such as furniture, garbage bins, and appliances
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
