Job Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing the hardening process of tissue culture date palm plantlets. This includes soil preparation, transplanting at various growth stages, irrigation scheduling, pest and disease control, and fertilization management. The role requires close monitoring of plantlet growth, maintaining records, and guiding other team members to ensure plant health and survival.
This is a hands-on field position where technical knowledge and physical stamina are equally important. The candidate should also be skill in providing training to farmers and fellow staff members on best practices in date palm care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute the hardening of tissue culture date palm plantlets.
- Prepare soil and ensure proper cultivation practices at different growth stages.
