Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand
- Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks
- Pick up and deliver various items and products safely and on time
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Accept payments or invoices for delivered items when required
- Receive and relay delivery information to central dispatch
- Sell products over established delivery routes
- Follow company delivery procedures and schedules
- Maintain attention to detail while handling packages
Requirements
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Valid Class 5 / 5F / G driver’s licence
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to work outdoors
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
