Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service during all deliveries.
- Assemble, install, and set up products or merchandise for customers when required.
- Keep accurate records of items received and delivered.
- Prepare, package, and restock goods according to company procedures.
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Follow delivery instructions, navigate using maps, and ensure timely arrivals.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Oversee all aspects of vehicle operation to maintain safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- Class 5/5F/G licence (cars, small trucks, 2-axle vehicles).
- Able to pass a criminal record check.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to handle heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
- Experience with local and regional travel routes.
