Responsibilities
- Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage
- Provide safe and timely transportation services to guests and visitors
- Park guests’ vehicles on hotel premises when required
- Maintain frequent and professional contact with regular guests and visitors
- Ensure hotel vehicles are clean, safe, and well maintained
- Stay informed about hotel services, VIP requirements, and special events
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, and external locations
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety policies
- Present a professional image with a strong focus on hospitality and guest service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a driver, preferably in the hotel, leisure, or retail sector
- Clean and valid driving licence with a good driving record
- Calm, courteous, and discreet personality
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to work effectively with guests and team members
