Job Responsibilities
As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of poultry meat production and farm operations, including:
- Leading and managing farm staff while ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing
- Ensuring compliance with animal welfare, biosecurity, and environmental standards
- Managing poultry husbandry practices to achieve high-quality meat production
- Overseeing the successful rearing of poultry for meat production
- Managing technical operations, including machinery, vehicles, and farm structures
- Ensuring sustainable land use and environmentally responsible farming practices
- Managing water usage to support production quality and environmental benefits
- Overseeing waste management in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Developing and implementing strategic and operational farm plans
- Managing farm finances to ensure long-term sustainability and profitability
- Controlling and maintaining high-quality production standards
- Recruiting, training, motivating, and retaining a skilled workforce
- Building strong relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or a related field
- Extensive experience in farming and livestock operations
- Strong background in poultry meat production and farm management
- Arabic language skills (preferred)
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Knowledge of environmental, safety, and animal welfare regulations
