Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, assign, and supervise tasks for livestock workers, machinery operators, and harvesting labourers.
- Move farm products during winter months and assist with shipment preparation.
- Supervise and oversee livestock breeding and other animal-related programs.
- Maintain cleanliness across the farm and ensure proper care and handling of equipment.
- Monitor and enforce procedures that protect animal and crop health.
- Oversee crop growing operations, including grains and seasonal harvest tasks.
- Tap maple trees in all weather conditions as required.
- Supervise maintenance and repairs of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies.
