As a Fruit Farm Worker, you will assist with orchard maintenance, planting, irrigation, and harvest activities, ensuring premium-quality cherries are grown, picked, and packed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Plant, thin, and prune cherry trees as instructed by supervisors
- Assist with soil preparation and irrigation activities
- Pick cherries carefully to avoid damage to fruit and trees
- Support harvest operations such as sorting, weighing, and packing fruit
- Load, unload, and transfer fruit bins as required
- Manage picker tags and track tote counts accurately
- Assist with general orchard and farm maintenance
- Help maintain and repair irrigation systems, tools, and equipment
- Follow instructions from Orchard Managers and Supervisors
- Participate in health, safety, and ladder training programs
Requirements
- Physically fit with the ability to lift at least 25 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working on uneven terrain
- Able to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willing to start early mornings and work flexible hours, including peak harvest periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Picking experience is an advantage but not required, as full training is provided
