Job Summary – Gardener/Property Maintenance Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Gardener/Property Maintenance professional at Rorohara Farms, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing soil and garden beds for planting
- Planting and caring for a variety of plants
- Monitoring tree health and identifying signs of pests, disease, or decay
- Applying treatments to prevent or control pests and diseases
- Pruning and trimming hedges and trees (including chainsaw use and hand tools)
- Installing plant supports and protective structures
- Caring for trees, gardens, and green spaces through watering, mulching, mowing, fertilising, and weed control
- Assembling and installing landscape features as required
- Assisting with orchard care and native forest regeneration
