Responsibilities
- Clean guestroom corridors, including vacuuming carpets and mopping elevator landings
- Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and restock supplies
- Clean lobbies, restaurants, stairwells, elevators, fitness areas, pool decks, and other public spaces
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet machines
- Clean back-of-house areas including offices, locker rooms, and employee rest areas
- Maintain and organize janitorial supplies and equipment
- Transport furniture and deliver guest or housekeeping items when required
- Report maintenance issues, property damage, or suspicious activity
- Support housekeeping operations as assigned
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum six months of housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervisionSkills
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Good communication skills with guests and coworkers
