Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the packaging and sorting of vegetables according to company standards
- Inspect vegetables to identify and remove damaged or spoiled items
- Ensure accurate labeling and tagging of packed vegetables
- Clean and maintain packaging tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the packaging area
- Assist with loading and unloading vegetables for storage or delivery
- Follow food safety guidelines and workplace safety procedures
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Work closely with team members to maintain productivity
- Report quality, supply, or equipment issues to supervisors
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Packing Helper
- Basic knowledge of vegetables and packaging standards
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in different shifts and overtime when required
- Willingness to follow instructions and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent (if available)
- Male candidates preferred
- Must be currently eligible to work in Qatar
