Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets for agriculture and palm projects
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead, motivate, and guide project teams to achieve key milestones
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with agricultural standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial targets are met
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in agriculture, agribusiness, or horticulture
- Strong and demonstrable knowledge of palm cultivation and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
- Experience using project management software and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
