Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and execution to monitoring and closure
- Oversee agricultural and palm-related projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for smooth project execution
- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve key milestones
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures to meet financial targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in agriculture, agribusiness, or horticulture
- Strong hands-on knowledge of palm cultivation and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Experience using project management software and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- PMP certification is a strong advantage
