Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and execution to monitoring and closure
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for smooth project delivery
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve key milestones
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or issues
- Implement effective risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in agriculture, agribusiness, or horticulture
- Strong and practical knowledge of palm cultivation and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
