Key Responsibilities
As a Team Member (Process Worker), your responsibilities may include:
- Completing assigned processing tasks as part of a production team
- Following all health, safety, and quality compliance requirements
- Working closely with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas
- Using tools and equipment safely after training
- Supporting production targets during peak season
- Participating in on-the-job training and skill development
- Contributing to a positive and respectful workplace culture
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- No previous experience required (training provided)
- Must be 18 years or older to meet audit requirements
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
- Able to attend work regularly and work well in a team
- Willing to work day or evening shifts
- Able to understand and follow safety and quality instructions
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical check
- Able to pass criminal convictions and physical fitness checks
- Mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

Salary and Benefits
