Responsibilities

  • Complete on-the-job training and perform assigned processing tasks
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
  • Follow all health and safety, quality, and technical compliance standards
  • Use provided safety gear and clothing correctly at all times
  • Maintain a positive and hardworking attitude during shifts
  • Support production targets during peak seasons
  • Attend work reliably and contribute to a safe, drug-free workplace

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical checks, criminal convictions check, and physical fitness requirements
  • Willingness to learn and follow workplace procedures
  • Ability to work day or evening shifts, including overtime when required
  • No prior experience required – full training is provided
