Responsibilities
- Complete on-the-job training and perform assigned processing tasks
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
- Follow all health and safety, quality, and technical compliance standards
- Use provided safety gear and clothing correctly at all times
- Maintain a positive and hardworking attitude during shifts
- Support production targets during peak seasons
- Attend work reliably and contribute to a safe, drug-free workplace
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
- Able to pass pre-employment medical checks, criminal convictions check, and physical fitness requirements
- Willingness to learn and follow workplace procedures
- Ability to work day or evening shifts, including overtime when required
- No prior experience required – full training is provided
