Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely to transport disabled, damaged, or illegally parked vehicles.
- Provide essential roadside services including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of vehicle tows, distances, and services provided.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on towing equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations during operations.
- Assist customers professionally and calmly during stressful situations.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical understanding of automotive systems and towing procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to speak and write English clearly.
- Reliable, friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Towing experience preferred but not required—training provided.
- Ability to remain calm, think clearly, and solve problems under pressure.
