Responsibilities
- Operate and handle electric dishwashing machines safely and properly
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper use and dilution of detergents and sanitizing solutions
- Refill and replace cleaning solutions as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Conduct daily inventory of utensils and report any losses or damages
- Dry utensils and glassware using clean cloths
- Clean garbage bins using hot water and maintain sanitation
- Sort and dispose of trash in designated areas
- Store cleaned utensils and equipment in proper storage areas
- Report any machine malfunctions to management
