Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen areas, including prep tables, grills, fryers, ovens, and refrigeration units
- Stock and organize kitchen supplies, utensils, and food in storage areas
- Remove trash and maintain proper waste disposal
- Assist in basic food preparation during off-peak periods
- Load and unload deliveries, storing supplies correctly
- Follow all standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules
- Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Close the kitchen properly and follow closing checklists
- Attend employee meetings and suggest improvements
- Assist other kitchen areas when needed and respond to audit feedback
Requirements
