Responsibilities
- Prepare food orders based on order slips following standard procedures
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with daily food preparation tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
- Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment
- Mop floors and clean work areas regularly
- Organize kitchen and stock areas systematically
- Receive deliveries from suppliers
- Check quality and completeness of stocks
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system
- Report shortages or issues to supervisors or cooks
- Ensure a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment at all times
Requirements
- Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and kitchen tasks
- Responsible and hardworking
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Willing to work full-time and on-site
