Responsibilities
- Perform pruning, planting, and raking tasks
- Assist with tree and vine training
- Conduct shoot thinning and apple thinning
- Perform leaf removal and hedge trimming
- Pick apples and grapes based on color and quality standards
- Maintain irrigation, trellis, and fencing systems
- Use ladders, pruning shears, and hand tools
- Operate small farm equipment as required
- Support general orchard and vineyard maintenance
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding outdoor work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable kneeling, bending, and standing for long hours
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- No formal education required
- Agricultural experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
