Key Responsibilities
As a Dishwasher (Kitchen Steward), your duties will include:
- Collecting used dishes, plates, and utensils from dining and kitchen areas.
- Loading and unloading dishwashing machines efficiently.
- Washing and sanitizing kitchenware according to hygiene standards.
- Storing clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly.
- Setting up workstations before meal preparation begins.
- Ensuring a steady supply of clean kitchen items during peak hours.
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and informing management when restocking is needed.
- Removing garbage regularly and keeping the workspace clean.
- Sanitizing kitchen areas, including floors and surfaces.

Job Requirements
