Responsibilities
- Greet guests and respond to their queries professionally
- Change bed linens and make beds neatly
- Replace used towels and bathroom amenities such as soap and shampoo
- Sweep, mop floors, and maintain overall cleanliness of rooms
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Empty trash bins and ashtrays
- Clean public areas such as hallways and corridors
- Report maintenance issues or technical problems
- Update room status on assignment sheets
- Return and restock cleaning carts after each shift
Requirements
- High school diploma or graduate of HRM or related field
- NCII in Housekeeping is an advantage
- Experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Can start immediately
